Geneva handles the firm’s trademark work, from the first search to the certificate.
Geneva spent her first years in practice on the other side of trademark fights, at a firm that sent the letters small brands dread. She started this one to stand with the small brands instead, early enough that the letter never comes.
She works with coffee roasters, clothing lines, app founders and bands, and she records the firm’s short talks.
